It is recommended to use a <a href=\"https:\/\/aircare.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Formulyar_za_Vrushtane-en.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" style=\"color: var(--awb-color4);\"><b>standard withdrawal form<\/b><\/a>, which can be downloaded from our website. Refunds will be made by bank transfer only, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions for the validity of the return<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order for a return to be accepted, the returned device must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product must be returned in its original, undamaged commercial packaging;<\/li>\n<li>It must be complete, including all accessories, spare parts, manuals, certificates, warranty cards and other documentation;<\/li>\n<li>The product must not show <strong>any signs of use, mechanical damage or traces of contamination<\/strong>; or other signs that would prevent its subsequent sale as a new item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of missing items, damaged or missing original packaging, signs of use, missing components or documents upon return, Air Care Bulgaria Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned goods or to reduce the refund amount. The amount of the reduction will be determined based on the extent of the damage and the possibilities for subsequent sale of the device.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special-purpose products \u2013 filters and consumables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to the specific nature of air quality improvement devices and their classification as health protection products, additional conditions strictly apply to the return of consumables such as filters and related components. If these items have been unpacked, used or otherwise compromised so that their subsequent safe use cannot be guaranteed , they will be considered unsuitable for resale.<\/p>\n<p>In such cases, the amount refunded to the customer will be reduced by the cost of the new consumables required to restore the full value and functionality of the appliance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the returned product has been received and thoroughly checked by our team, the purchase price will be refunded by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of the returned item.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
