These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Air Care Bulgaria EOOD, registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria, with UIC 208354800, with its registered office and address of management in Sofia, 113 Bulgaria Blvd., fl. 12 (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier” or “We”), and any person using the website www.aircare.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “You”).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing and using the site, you confirm that you accept and agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

  1. Registration and profile

Registration on the website is voluntary and provides additional conveniences such as order tracking, address saving and receiving personalised offers. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. In case of inaccurate or misleading data, we reserve the right to restrict access to services or cancel an order.

  1. Orders and conclusion of a contract

Ordering a product through the website constitutes a binding offer to purchase. After finalising the order, the User receives a confirmation email. The contract is considered concluded at the moment of confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse an order due to lack of availability, pricing error or technical malfunction, and will notify the User in a timely manner.

  1. Delivery and right of withdrawal

Delivery is made by an external courier within 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the conditions described in our Return and Cancellation Policy.

Returns are possible if the goods are in their original condition and all accompanying documents are included, as detailed in the relevant policy.

  1. Liability

Air Care Bulgaria Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, technical failures, delays by couriers and other factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for temporarily unavailable website features, content errors or malicious actions by third parties.

  1. Intellectual property

All materials on the website, including logos, trademarks, texts, images, videos and software, are subject to copyright and/or other intellectual property rights and may not be used without express written consent.
