Payment Policy
This Payment Policy aims to inform users of the website www.aircare.bg
about the available payment methods, the security of transactions and the rules related to payment processing.
All prices listed on the site are final and are in Bulgarian leva (BGN), including VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The site provides transparency regarding the value of products and additional fees related to delivery or other services.
1) Payment methods
Users of aircare.bg can choose between the following secure payment methods:
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) – transactions are processed through a certified payment operator via an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). The site does not store your card details.
Apple Pay and Google Pay – available to users with activated services on the respective platform; payments are authenticated through their security systems.
Bank transfer – after confirming the order, you receive bank details; processing begins after the amount is credited to our account.
POS terminal on site – payment by card upon receipt at our office/showroom.
Payment upon delivery by courier:
cash on delivery (cash);
card payment at the courier’s POS terminal (if the service is available for the specific address).
Leasing/installment payment – possible through a partner financial institution; provided after approval and under the terms of the leasing partner.
Invoice to a legal entity – optionally we can issue a company invoice (enter the details when finalizing the order).
Note: Some methods may not be available for all products/addresses/order values. We may require additional verification for higher values or if fraud is suspected.
2) Confirmation and invoicing
After finalizing each order, the user receives an automatic confirmation email containing order details and the selected payment method.
If you would like an invoice for a legal entity, please enter your company details correctly when completing the order. Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the specified email address.
3) Payment protection
All online payments through aircare.bg are processed through certified payment operators. The site uses SSL encryption to protect personal and payment information. We do not store, access or share bank card details.
4) Unsuccessful or delayed payments
In the event of an unsuccessful or delayed payment, we will contact you by phone or email for further steps. In the event of failure to pay within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5) Refunds
When returning a product according to the Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy, the refund is made by bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method (incl. cash on delivery, POS, card). The amount is refunded within 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
