The IQAir Atem X ColdFire (CF) features a newly engineered filter created to address the needs of users worried about indoor formaldehyde exposure. Equipped with the advanced HyperHEPA CF filter, the Atem X CF maintains the signature elegance, whisper-quiet performance, integrated air quality monitoring, and high-efficiency particle filtration of the Atem X — now enhanced with powerful formaldehyde removal capabilities.
The HyperHEPA CF filter employs catalytic technology that transforms formaldehyde gas into harmless water vapor and carbon dioxide. The resulting amounts of H₂O and CO₂ are minimal and have no noticeable impact on a room’s humidity or carbon dioxide concentration. Since the catalyst itself is not consumed during the conversion, the filter maintains a consistent level of performance throughout its entire service life.
Independent, accredited international laboratories have verified the CF filter’s effectiveness in removing formaldehyde. Test results demonstrated a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) exceeding 200 m³/h for formaldehyde and over 600 m³/h for particulate matter in the Atem X CF model.
With its powerful yet quiet fan, the Atem X CF ensures excellent air cleaning performance, even in noise-sensitive environments and large rooms.

Air Quality Monitor
The Atem X CF is equipped with an integrated air quality monitor that automatically adjusts its eight fan speed levels according to real-time indoor pollution. The system continuously measures fine particulate matter (PM2.5) through a built-in sensor to ensure optimal air purification with minimal energy use.
Beyond particulate detection, the Atem X CF’s monitor also tracks carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration, humidity, and ambient temperature — providing a complete overview of indoor air conditions.

Breaking away from the traditional look of air purifiers, the IQAir Atem X CF features a modern circular form that merges sophistication and high performance. Its compact design allows it to fit seamlessly into any interior.
For added versatility, the unit includes a caster stand for effortless mobility, as well as an optional wall-mounting kit.
The rear control panel displays fan speed, Wi-Fi connection, filter status, and air quality indicators. It also enables users to manage Wi-Fi and display lighting directly from the device.

The Atem X CF employs the groundbreaking BionicCore design, positioning the fan at the center of the unit to generate exceptional airflow and capture pollutants at high speeds. This innovative orbital architecture allows the Atem X CF to achieve an impressive airflow rate of up to 650 m³/h, providing three air changes per hour in a spacious 100 m² room.

Using Flexible Air Rotation (FAR) technology, the Atem X CF efficiently circulates purified air throughout larger rooms. Despite its ability to move up to 650 m³ of air per hour, its advanced BionicCore design allows it to maintain exceptionally low noise levels, combining performance with comfort.
Mobility and Wall Mounting
For added convenience, the Atem X CF comes with an optional caster stand, allowing effortless movement around your space. Alternatively, it can be easily wall-mounted using the optional Atem X CF wall mounting kit, adapting to your specific requirements.
Filtration Technology
Impaktor: Effectively captures coarse dust particles and can be easily cleaned by rinsing.
Filter Indicator: Stay informed about the status of your filters in advance. The Atem X CF will alert you when it’s time to replace the filters, and automatically detects when a new filter is installed, reseting the filter status. The filters incorporate RFID technology to precisely monitor the amount of air pollution they capture. With the assistance of the air filter indicator, you will always be informed about the optimal time to replace the filters. The Atem X CF’s smart filters deliver an impressive filter life of up to 36 months while accurately tracking the real-time volume of filtered air pollution.
Effortless Filter Replacement: Changing the IQAir HyperHEPA CF Filters is a breeze. Just remove the front cover of the unit and access the filters by removing the inlet grilles. Once you’ve done that, simply insert the new replacement filters into their designated areas.
